We spend so much time talking about plans, designs and construction, but moments like this remind us that we're doing so much more than JUST building houses.

This conversation happened only 23 days into construction, with little more than framing behind us.

Before we even began works on site, we'd spent 12 months working through the design with Nadia and Tom, making decisions together and figuring out how to create a home that would grow with their family.

In 4 weeks time, we get to hand back their finished home and knowing exactly what this extra space will mean for their family and it's why we love doing what we do!

Thanks for trusting us with your home, Nadia and Tom - can't wait to see you guys in the finished space 🤝

If you’re using square metre rates to plan your budget, make sure you understand what sits behind the number...

Joinery, wet areas, more complex design or architectural finishes can all shift the cost, so a rate from one project won’t necessarily translate to yours.

Use it to start the conversation, then get specific about what you want to build.

When you choose a stone this beautiful, it deserves to be the hero.

The goal is to repeat each colour or pattern twice throughout the home - this is what makes a home feel considered not disjointed or too matchy matchy.

Rather than competing with it, the finishes and surrounding features were selected to pull from its tones and let the stone tie the entire home together.

We’ve been using QR codes across our sites so our trades can easily scan and access the latest drawings, spec sheets, technical data and fit-out details, straight from their phones or tablets.

If something changes, everyone can access the latest information without the back and forth or delays.

A corner pantry only works if every part of it is easy to use 🙌🏼

Wide-opening doors, deeper lower shelves for appliances, shallower upper shelves so smaller items stay visible, plus integrated lighting so nothing gets lost at the back.
