Recently we welcomed members of the Queensland chapter of Women in Industrial (WIN) to our Redbank project for a morning of networking, project insights, and industry discussion.

Our panel, hosted by Grace Ruffle, brought together our Joint Managing Director Jane Raspotnik with James Lynch (Development Manager, Goodman) and James Grover (Program Manager [Supply Chain], Officeworks), to share insights into the partnership behind the project and what it takes to deliver a development of this scale.

The discussion covered the project's progress, significant milestones, how the team is tracking three months ahead of program the Spaceframe way, and the collaboration required to deliver Queensland's largest industrial building footprint.

Jane’s advice for women considering a career in the industrial sector: “Give it a go! You never know until you give it a try – you learn on the job in this industry because it’s not black and white.”

A big thank you to everyone who joined us. Events like these provide a valuable opportunity to share knowledge, celebrate the people driving our industry forward, and encourage more women to build rewarding careers in industrial construction.

Hello Adelaide!

Works are progressing well on our cold storage project with precast panels in place, structural steel erected and concrete works well underway including the placement of the glycol underfloor heating system.

Once complete, the 9,000m² footprint will feature three anterooms, three freezers, one chiller and one dry store zone.

What was once a steel skeleton is now a near-complete facility, with roof and wall cladding transforming the site's appearance almost overnight.

While the visual change is striking from all angles, the final phase is now underway as our Heathwood team completes the remaining finishing works and prepares for the project handover in the coming weeks.

From an empty block to rising steel, here are some of the stages we've completed so far for our new project in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales:

- mobilisation to site and demolition in April
- footings and bulk earthworks in May
- inground services and steel er****on in June

The new facility in Casino will expand our client's existing processing and warehouse operations, delivering additional cold storage capacity alongside a new office, recessed loading docks, chiller, freezer and blast freezer.

Completion due Q4 2026.

Who knew yabbies could help raise over $62,000?

Over 500 people joined us out at Aquis Beaudesert for our charity race day in partnership with the Beaudesert Hibernian Race Day in support of Beaucare.

It was a day full of firsts - our first races event, first fashions on the field, and like a lot of guests, our first exprience with yabby racing.

A fresh winter morning in Wacol!

Once a flat site, now a spectacular estate. Over 470 meters of retaining wall, up to 7 meters high in sections, and over 180,000 tonnes of rock have helped transform this Wacol landscape into something remarkable.

Supporting the transformation is a newly constructed estate road, enhancing connectivity across the site to all four tenancies.

Ever raced a yabby? 🦞

Over the weekend we took Spaceframe's Saturday Smoko out bush for our first ever charity race day.

From fashions on the field and yabby racing to plenty of laughs trackside, the day was all about bringing people together to support an incredible organisaion - Beaucare.

We’ve made strong progress onsite in Fountaindale!

In the chiller, coolroom panels and sprinkler fit-off are complete, lighting installation has commenced, and the final slab pour for the main loading dock is scheduled for later this week.

On the freezer side, structural steel installation will continue over the next couple of weeks, with roof installation to follow soon after.

Back in Adelaide and back with a familiar client!

Just six months after handover, we're kicking off another project together, which says a lot about the relationship we've built.

We're looking forward to geting stuck in and delivering another great cold storage facility
