🏁 SPEEDWAY FANS – WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT! 🏁

Since the closure of Archerfield Speedway, South East Queensland has been left without a dedicated speedway venue. The proposed Corbet's Group Moreton Motorsport Park is a huge opportunity to bring speedway racing back to the region and secure the future of our sport for generations to come.

🚗💨 Whether you're a driver, crew member, official, sponsor, supporter, or fan, your voice matters.

✅ Please take a few minutes to submit your support and help show the demand for a new motorsport facility in South East Queensland.
Together we can help create a home for speedway, support local businesses, provide opportunities for competitors, and keep grassroots motorsport alive.

🏁 Show your support today!

🏁 Share this post with your family and friends! 🏁 Let's help make Moreton Motorsport Park a reality!

❗️How to make a submission to the Moreton Motorsport Park Ministerial infrastructure Designation Application❗️

❓What is a Ministerial Infrastructure Designation Application❓

🔹Because the proposed Moreton Motorsport Park is considered to be ‘community supporting infrastructure’ as it is a sporting facility, the proposal is able to be considered as a Ministerial Infrastructure Designation, or MID.

🔹The MID process provides an alternative process for lodging a development application with Local Government. The process is managed by the State Government (Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning) with input from other government agencies. Ultimately, the planning minister is responsible for making MID decisions.

🔹As part of the MID process, the MMP team has undertaken comprehensive surveys, modelling and reporting in relation to potential impacts, including noise, environmental and traffic. The team has also undertaken a detailed analysis into the community and economic need for the facility and the benefits which will flow from it. This information is provided on the MID portal for review, during the public consultation process.

🤷‍♂️How can I view and make a submission to the MID Application for the Moreton Motorsport Park?🤷‍♀️

🛵The Moreton Motorsport Park has been assigned a reference number: MID-0326-1001. In order to view and make a submission, follow the following steps:

Happy new year everyone!

We started building a new chassis with our free time.
We have been working with Dylan from Robb Race Cars & Repairs in NZ to produce a chassis identical to his builds but within the Queensland Stockcar Club rules .

As it sits it will fit up to a 18.5in 80 series kirkey racing seat and a quickchange diff.

Has a chev pattern fire wall ( will fit old school chev 350, LS based and V6 chevs)

This chassis is for sale at any stage so anything can be changed

With people asking questions and some interest of people looking to get into the sport we will keep working at it in hope of selling it for the growth of the sport.

Basic Options

Tacked together chassis ( you finish welding and mounts parts)

Roller chassis (fully welded with diff and front end in it with shocks and springs you
finish the rest)

Turn key race ready pick up Friday race Saturday!

Will basically build to what a customer is looking for.

Have a old car you need work done on, we can do that too just send us a message and lets see what we can work out.

Cheers James
