Long-standing client partnerships are built job by job. 🔧

We’ve recently completed an inner beam, outer beam, turntable and rocker box for a mill liner handler, specialised equipment used to remove and replace wear liners inside ball mills.

GEARS Mining is a long-standing client, and we’re proud to continue supporting their liner handler builds through dependable, repeat fabrication.

This package was built using our standard jig process to maintain consistency across the assembly, with in-house and external machining coordinated as required.

For us, it starts well before production begins.

At DWW Engineering, we value clear communication from the first enquiry. That includes accurate drawings, confirmed material grades, welding requirements, surface finishes, hold points, delivery dates, transport details and QA documentation requirements.

When clients share project information early, our team can review constructability, clarify design details, plan workshop sequencing and coordinate delivery around the broader project program.
