As we mark the conclusion of National Reconciliation Week, Metro Mining reflects on the progress we’ve made and the path ahead.
We are pleased to have finalised our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan, successfully delivering on our commitments and embedding meaningful actions across our business. This milestone now sees us preparing to embark on the next stage, our Innovate RAP.
Throughout this time, we have focused on creating real and lasting impact. From building culturally significant spaces such as a Yarning Circle, to strengthening partnerships with Indigenous businesses and communities, our commitment to reconciliation continues to grow.
We remain dedicated to supporting sustainable Indigenous employment and career pathways, while ensuring cultural protocols are respected and embedded in the way we work every day.
At Metro Mining, reconciliation is not just a commitment, it’s an ongoing commitment to learning, respect and action. We look forward to continuing this important work together.
