Today was all about the next generation of hospitality. Huge thank you to our fantastic suppliers and for coming together to deliver an education and training day for schools and TAFEs, showcasing the latest in commercial equipment – from combi ovens and blast chilling to B&S fryers and coffee machines. Students were able to watch live demos, test the equipment themselves, learn new recipes, and speak directly with chefs and venue managers about real career paths in the industry, plus enjoy special sessions on mixology, coffee art and real‑world examples of what it takes to run a bar and venue day‑to‑day. We believe students are the future of hospitality, and it’s important to give them the tools, knowledge and hands‑on experience they need. A special thanks to everyone who helped make today possible .
