Hamilton Reveal: The Kitchen That Repositioned the Whole Home"

Some kitchens are just a kitchen. This one was designed to be the whole house's centre of gravity. 🏡

The clever part wasn't the finish — it was the thinking. By repurposing the existing rooms and reworking the floor plan, the kitchen was repositioned to become the true hub of the home: the space every other room now flows around, built for a family that entertains.

And because of exactly where it landed in the plan, we could do something most kitchens never get — a laundry chute built straight into the cabinetry, dropping directly down into the laundry below. Small detail, huge quality-of-life win. 🧺

✅ Structural Frame & Services Check
✅ External Cladding & Waterproofing
✅ Pre-Finishes Walkthrough
✅ Final Defects Inspection

📋 Document Everything! If issues are found, put them in writing and get your builder to confirm the fix—no room for excuses later!

🔑 Before handover, do a final walkthrough. Don’t accept the keys if there are major defects and a time frame is provided to address the minor defects!
