Congratulations to our apprentices Rhys Leonard, Kent Wood & Rhys Towerton who have completed their apprenticeships and stepped up into qualified tradesmen.
At Lumark, we are proud to be a family-owned business that believes in training up the next generation of skilled tradesmen. Apprentices are an important part of our company, and it is rewarding to see young men grow in confidence, ability, and character as they learn their trade.
Lumark has apprentices and qualified tradesmen across the boilermaker, boat building, and sheet metal trades. This depth of skill allows us to carry out a wide range of projects across the marine industry with confidence, quality, and care.
Our skilled tradesman and supervisors do more than complete their job — they pass on skills, standards, and wisdom to those coming through behind him. That is how strong teams, strong trades, and a great team culture are built.
To celebrate this milestone, Lumark hosted a superyacht party on YOT Blue, one of our most valued clients’ vessels. It was a great opportunity to recognise the hard work of our apprentices, thank the tradesmen who have guided them, and celebrate the team culture that makes Lumark what it is.
In what has become a tradition at Lumark, we also fabricate a one-off trophy to celebrate the occasion, with each apprentice receiving one when they complete their apprenticeship. It is a small but meaningful way to recognise the years of dedication, learning, and hard work that go into becoming a qualified tradesman.
Well done, boys. The future is bright, and we are proud to have you as part of the Lumark team.
