🚧 Mitchelton Project Update 🚧

Big progress on site!

Scaffold is up, the house has been wrapped, roof is on, and windows are now in — the structure is really starting to take shape.

A huge step forward as we push towards lock-up. The vision is becoming reality, and there’s plenty more to come. It’s exciting to see this project come together piece by piece. On to the next phase 👷‍♂️🔨

Another milestone reached at our Mitchelton project — Stage 2 framing is now complete.

With the frame standing strong, you can really start to appreciate the scale and layout of the home. This is where the project truly begins to come to life.

A great effort from the team to keep things moving smoothly and on schedule.

Mitchelton Update ...

Stage 1 - Framing Progress 🔩

Structural steel has arrived onsite and been successfully lifted and installed, including the columns, portal frame and floor system.

With the structural elements now in place, the project is ready to move into the next stage of framing.

Each step brings the build closer to life.

Concrete Pour Day at Mitchelton 🏗️

The boys were onsite with the concrete pump getting the slab poured for our Mitchelton extension. With the slab now complete, we’re ready to move into the frame stage.

Another important milestone locked in and the project is moving along nicely.

Big progress on site in Mitchelton! 👷‍♂️🏗️

Excavation is complete and slab preparation is now done — steel is down and we’re ready for the concrete pour for this new extension.

This is one of the most critical stages of the build, setting the foundation for everything that follows. Precision, planning and preparation are key to ensuring a strong, level base that will stand the test of time.

We’re looking forward to the next milestone as this extension starts to take shape. Stay tuned for the pour!
