That's right — screw piles were being used **before the telephone, before the motor car and before reinforced concrete became the foundation technology we know today.**
So when someone says screw piles are a “new” foundation system…
**Think again. 😉**
I recently attended the **QUT Screw Piling Workshop**, and it was fantastic to be in a room full of people who share the same enthusiasm for the possibilities of screw piling.
The collaboration.
The knowledge sharing.
The technical conversations.
The passion for doing things better.
That's what our industry needs more of.
