Sent through from a worried neighbour in the area.

Plastered in 2022 and what happened after that? No paint … water leaking through from the deck above damaging the external ceilings ? Discolouration from enduring years of weather

I wonder if this was another court case ? Liquidated damages and the poor customer being left to an abandoned property almost at the point of no repair.
