We are pleased to announce that IntelliDesign has joined the Circuitwise Electronics Manufacturing Group.
This acquisition brings together leading electronics design and manufacturing capabilities across Australia and New Zealand, creating one of the region’s largest and most capable electronics design and manufacturing groups, with operations in Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, and Christchurch.
The Circuitwise Group comprises:
· Circuitwise – a Sydney based contract electronics manufacturer specialising in complex, high-reliability devices
· Nautech – an electronics design and manufacturing company based in Auckland
· ASL – a Christchurch based electronics assembly manufacturer
· IntelliDesign – a Brisbane-based electronics design and manufacturing company specialising in end-to-end product development and manufacturing
IntelliDesign is a key capability hub in Brisbane, complementing the Group’s existing operations across Australia and New Zealand. By combining our expertise, the integrated teams will deliver expanded design capabilities, increased manufacturing capacity, and enhanced quality and traceability systems to better support customers operating in high-reliability and mission-critical sectors.
IntelliDesign will continue to operate under its own name, with its leadership team remaining in place.
Together, we are strengthening supply chain resilience, increasing production capacity, and maintaining consistent quality, while continuing to deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.
