When replacement roof tiles are no longer available, you don’t always need a full roof replacement.

This Monier pressed metal tile roof had multiple damaged and dented sections that were holding water, creating the potential for leaks into the ceiling cavity. As these roof sheets are now obsolete, we fabricated and installed custom Colorbond flashings to suit the existing roof profile.

The new flashings cover the damaged sections, improve water runoff, and provide a long lasting weatherproof solution while maintaining the roof’s appearance.

Another practical solution that saved the client from a much more expensive roof replacement. 👌
