This year I have implemented fun Fridays for the apprentices. This is a time that I can pass on my knowledge outside of our normal core business processes.

These 2 are doing well and our newest apprentice, 17 years old!, laid her first stick welds today. A proud teaching moment for any trady to be able to pass on knowledge to the next generation!
