inSite recently completed the Grace Lutheran College Rothwell, new purpose-built Design Technologies Centre alongside the refurbishment of the existing Trade Skills Centre, creating a contemporary learning environment that supports the College’s strong focus on vocational education and hands-on learning.
The new single-storey Design Technologies Centre provides modern workshop and learning spaces that enable students to develop trade-specific skills across cabinetmaking, carpentry, general construction, engineering, and metal fabrication. This facility supports pathways to apprenticeships and qualifications while students complete their secondary studies, aligning with the College’s vision of equipping young people with practical skills for future employment.
The scope also included the refurbishment of part of the existing Trade Skills Centre, the redevelopment and resurfacing of an existing tennis court, and associated civil and landscape works. Together, these works have enhanced the functionality of the campus and provided students with high-quality facilities that reflect industry standards.
