🔨 CANNON HILL RENOVATION | PART 3: BEDROOMS

The final part of our Cannon Hill progress series focuses on two of the home’s bedrooms.

As part of the redesigned internal layout, these spaces have been reconfigured with new walls, doorways and built-in robe areas. The progress photos show the transformation from new timber framing through to wall linings and plastering.

Although the rooms are still under construction, their new proportions and layouts are now clearly taking shape. Once the painting, flooring, cabinetry and electrical fit-off are completed, these will become bright, practical and comfortable bedrooms.

There’s plenty more progress to come as the entire home moves closer to completion.

🛁 CANNON HILL RENOVATION | PART 2: BATHROOM

Next in our Cannon Hill renovation series is the new bathroom.

This space has been rebuilt as part of the home’s completely reconfigured layout. These progress photos follow the master ensuite from the framing and initial services through wet-area preparation, waterproofing and the installation of large-format floor and wall tiles.

The recessed shower niche and high window help create a clean, practical bathroom with plenty of natural light and useful storage.

The tiling is now well underway, with the fixtures, cabinetry and final fit-off still to come. We’re looking forward to sharing the finished result.

Next in the series: the two bedrooms.

🔨 CANNON HILL RENOVATION | PART 1: OPEN-PLAN LIVING

We’re kicking off this renovation series with the heart of the home. The new kitchen, dining and living area.

What was previously a collection of separate rooms is being completely reconfigured into one spacious, open-plan living zone. The new layout will also include a butler’s pantry and a completely new laundry in a relocated position.

A major feature still to come is the installation of large bifold doors, opening the living area directly onto the backyard and creating a bright, connected indoor-outdoor space.

These progress photos show the transformation so far. From demolition and structural changes through to new framing, services, wall linings and plastering.

There’s still plenty to come, including the kitchen cabinetry, finishes and final fit-off. We’re looking forward to seeing this space come together.

Throwback to this build-under project we completed earlier this year in Springfield Lakes, turning the space beneath the home into new living areas, bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, connected by that standout timber staircase.
