Anchoring one of the C*D’s most prominent corners, this asset offers an unmatched location that seamlessly connects modern professionals to ground floor dining, premium end-of-trip facilities, and unparalleled transit access.

It is an environment built to help businesses thrive, and Level 9 is about to raise the bar even higher.

Representing the pinnacle of the Outkast Groups seamless design and construction capabilities, this project completely redefines the existing floor plate to merge striking aesthetics with cutting-edge functionality. Introducing a sophisticated palette that pair calm neutrals with the tactile warmth of natural timber and woven elements. This reimagined full-floor layout fluidly connects dynamic collaborative zones, quiet focus rooms, and executive private offices - crafting an inspiring, high-end experience from the very first step out of the lift.

This project marks a milestone for the Outkast Group. Over the last decade of partnering with the Abacus Group, this build brings our shared footprint to over 5,000m² of refurbished and redesigned commercial space within 324 Queen.
