AV Avionic Control System
Design, Manufacture & Flight Control by Farid Al Mussawi
Full Carbon Fiber Production, 4.5m wingspan, 14kg take-off weight
Electrical Power duration: 75-90 min; V-tail section, less noise
Petrol Engine duration: 4-6 hours; Double Boom, increased the duration
Depending on Avionic System Equipment’s
These Prototypes can be modified to be more effective.
Using Autopilot & Integrated video overlay system
Flight stabilization is achieved via an integrated 3 axis gyro, 3 axis accelerator, 3 axis magnetometer and a barometric pressure sensor. This enables the module to accurately measure flight attitude, earth azimuth & relative altitude to achieve:
• The extremely stable conventional flight pattern
• Stabilized 3D flight
• Automatically return to home (RTL)
• Fixed altitude flight
• Heading lock flight
• GPS waypoint flight
• Auto circling over a fixed GPS location
Video transmitter and video camera – SONY CMOS; 1.2GHz video transmitter and receiver system; Power 200mWatt with an Omnidirectional antenna for receiving; 2.4GHz for control; 2 Laptops for data Control, monitoring & recording; with radio control system for take-off and landing
