What an honour it is to do the work I do, and to receive thanks like this......
Dawn Louise... What can I possibly say to accurately reflect how amazing she was in our time of need.
When you are going through an intense, emotional trauma you need someone to remain calm and poised to get the organizing done. You want someone who is sympathetic but not emotional, someone professional but not cold, and someone who takes charge and guides you with the utmost respect through your planning process. Dawn Louise stepped in like a bright light in a dark room to take charge and respectfully and tactfully lead us into a beautiful funeral plan and we could not be more grateful. She left us after our planning meeting with smiles on our faces as we were absolutely confident that we had the very best person there to take care of our final moments with the respect and dignity that is required.
She is classy, professional and very intuitive when it came to assessing our needs while we were blithering messes.
I could not recommend her services highly enough and though I hope we don’t need them again, if ever we do, she will be on my speed dial.
