Thank you for considering Warehouse Safety Audits (WSA) for your racking audit. WSA offers comprehensive racking audit and repair services across Australia and New Zealand. WSA also offers the option of performing repairs on the same day as the audit, a service we refer to as AR (Audit/Repairs same day). This approach allows for racking to be certified as compliant with Australian Standards on the
same day, provided all necessary repairs are completed. Many of our customers have found this service highly beneficial in terms of both time and cost savings. The repairs carried out are those that the racking auditor can execute directly. For instance, if five safety clips are found to be missing, the auditor can replace them immediately while onsite. The site manager would sign off on the installation, and WSA would invoice for the clips at pre-agreed rates. If you require load signs or clips then our auditor can typically install them during the audit. This service offers several key advantages:
• Immediate compliance with racking standards at a significantly lower cost compared to scheduling a return
visit for repairs, which would incur additional expenses such as travel and labor.
• Avoidance of further site disruption from a follow-up visit.
• Simplified invoicing, as there would only be one invoice to process.
• Considerable time savings, with reduced paperwork and administrative tasks. It is important to note that not all repairs can be completed on the same day, particularly in cases where major repairs are required, such as replacing damaged uprights, or when the site is large and has extensive damage. If you choose to proceed with the audit, we will add your site(s) to our National Audit Schedule and coordinate a suitable date for our auditor to visit.
