Great Divide Mining (ASX) is pleased to be featured in Eco Voice, highlighting our approach to responsible gold recovery at the Challenger Gold Mine in Adelong, NSW.

By utilising existing infrastructure, gravity separation and recycled water, Challenger is producing gold concentrate without the use of cyanide or mercury in its recovery process.

With over 200 tonnes of gold concentrate shipped, GDM continues to demonstrate how environmental responsibility and commercial efficiency can work hand in hand.

Gold, gravity and recycled water. Enviro-Mining by GDM.

At Challenger Gold Mine, Great Divide Mining (ASX: GDM) is recovering gold through gravity separation, using recycled water without cyanide or mercury in the recovery process.

With 100% water recycling demonstrated in its gold recovery circuit, GDM is showing how simpler processing methods can reduce chemical use, fresh water demand and operational complexity while supporting the rehabilitation of historic mine sites.

Two major milestones at Challenger.

Great Divide Mining (ASX: GDM) has reached targeted processing capacity of 21–25 tonnes per hour and shipped its 200th tonne of gold concentrate from the Challenger Gold Mine in Adelong, NSW.

With concentrate grades averaging more than 40 g/t gold, Challenger continues to ramp up production while processing historical mineralised material already on site.

A significant step forward for the operation and the local community.

From first gold pour and 100% ownership of Challenger to commercial shipments, first payments and a 12-month international offtake agreement, GDM has delivered against the milestones set for the business.

Great Divide Mining Ltd (ASX:GDM) has re-confirmed a substantial 169,700 oz JORC 2012 Gold Resource at its Adelong Gold Project — at a high grade of 3.41 g/t Au.

Key highlights:
• 169,700 oz contained gold at 3.41 g/t Au
• 92,500 oz (55%) in Measured & Indicated categories
• Challenger contains 80,300 oz at 3.77 g/t Au
• Challenger is operational and generating cash flow
• 100% of production pre-sold

Less than six months after acquiring Challenger, GDM now has a substantial high-grade gold resource alongside an operating mine and cash flow.
