When every detail of the space has been carefully considered, the mechanical services need to match.

We were proud to deliver the mechanical services for Function Well, a high-end health and wellness facility created to be an elite experience for their clientele.

Part of the fitout and refurbishment included the RunFit Studio, where the HVAC installation was required to create an environment where temperature, ventilation and comfort support the experience from the moment members walk through the door.

These aerial shots capture the completed mechanical services upgrade at UQ's Avalon facility, where our team delivered a major HVAC upgrade within an existing university building.

Working in a live environment like this was all about planning, coordinating shutdowns, integrating new plant with existing services and delivering the work with minimal disruption.
