CITE has always been more than a business to us, it’s our family! We’ve built it together, and it’s pretty special watching the next generation getting stuck in alongside us.

We’ve got a big day tomorrow, with 2,400 x 5” CFA Caps heading to WA for Waggies and another 1,600 x 5” CFA Caps off to the Gold Coast.

Our forklift at the bulk storage shed decided to chuck a sickie, so there was no standing around waiting. The boys jumped in, rolled up their sleeves, and handballed every single one. No complaints, no fuss – just everyone pitching in to get the job done.

Watching our boys take pride in what we’re building at CITE and never shy away from a hard day’s work makes us proud. That’s what a family business is all about.

The day started with another container of our famous white powder arriving fresh from the UK… and it only got busier from there. 💪

By the end of the day, we had packed and dispatched 7,200 bottles of Prime a Pump to piling and foundation crews across Australia and New Zealand. 🚛

Big news from CITE… we're growing!

Anyone who knows me knows I like to keep things moving, and we've reached the point where we need more hands on deck.

I'm thrilled to introduce Sarah Lloyd, the newest member of the CITE team.

Sarah joins us with an outstanding international background in sales and marketing, having worked with some of the world's leading brands. Many of you will also get to know her as my wife, but she's joining CITE on her own merits. What has always impressed me is her energy, her work ethic, and the way she genuinely cares about looking after customers. I know she'll be a fantastic addition to the team and the industry.

We're taking this opportunity to refine the way we support our customers. I'll remain your dedicated contact for Piling, while Sarah will be looking after Structures and Concrete Pumping, giving those product lines the attention they deserve. Sarah will also take the reins on all inbound order processing and shipping, ensuring every order is handled efficiently from start to finish!

And just like that, CITE turns 3.....

What an incredible journey it’s been. Moving from the UK and replicating a similar business model in a new market has been both exciting and challenging. One thing that definitely took me by surprise was going from being a big fish in a small pond to being a guppy in a vast ocean.

We’ve had to build customer confidence in our product range from the ground up, starting from zero after establishing a dominant position in the UK market. It has taken hard work, persistence, and a clear vision, but the results have made every challenge worthwhile.

None of this would have been possible without our incredible global manufacturing partners, our growing customer base, and, most importantly, my family, who have supported me every step of the way.

I'm proud to say that we continue to grow year on year, not just in numbers, but in the breadth of our product range and service offerings. The foundation has been built, the momentum is growing, and we're only just getting started.
