H&M Tracey are looking for an experienced Commercial Supervisor to join our team in Broome.

Lead our commercial construction projects from site establishment through to successful completion, handover and client walkthrough.

THE ROLE:
Site establishment & mobilisation
Supervise trades & subcontractors
Manage program, milestones & deliveries
Ensure safety, quality & ITP compliance
Timesheets & weekly reporting
Final handover & client walkthrough

WHAT YOU NEED:
✔ 5+ years' commercial construction experience
✔ Procore or similar project management software experience
✔ Strong leadership & communication skills
✔ Knowledge of Australian building codes & WHS requirements
✔ White Card & First Aid Certificate
✔ Construction Management qualification (preferred)

Established local builder. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.

This is a full-time position with an established local construction company offering a variety of work across commercial construction.
