Wide Bay Plastics would like to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Easter break. We will be closed from 1pm Thursday 2nd April and back at 7-30am on Tuesday 7th April.

We are open again now the flood waters are receding- fortunately no water in the shed. Stock levels are down a bit but hoping to receive deliveries in the next couple of days. Sorry but some of our lead times may change because of time lost not being able to get to the factory - we'll do our best to get jobs out as quick as we can. We will be open on Saturday to catch up.

Due to the current flood warnings in and around Bundaberg we have closed the factory today at 10am. At this point of time we don't know when we will re-open - will depend on the roads etc. We will confirm once the factory is open again. Our senior fabricator was a TAFE trainer within our industry.
When choosing someone to repair your poly tank make sure they hold an industry certification in plastic welding.
Advertising that you have 80 years experience on a website or FB page means nothing if your a one person operator. Its simple maths.
Plastic rain water tanks dont last for 30 years as the poly deteriorates in the sun.
Welding a crack in a tank thats sun damaged is like welding up rust on steel. It will fail again.
