- Must have final trim experience;
- GPS experience essential;

- Current RII Tickets & white card;

New toy just landed!

We’ve added a brand new Komatsu PC300LC to the Ridgeworth Civil team — just in time for more action at South Beach Stage 2 & 3. Big, tough, and ready to move some serious dirt.

Excited to see this beast in full swing on site. Nice work by all involved getting it all prepped and ready!

There's nothing like the show holiday to stop me from working so I actually have time to post what we've been up to the last few months. 🎡🎢😆

If the sun has been shining, it's been six days a week of digging holes and kicking goals! ☀️💯

Here's a few happy snaps of some trenching for installation of stormwater & sewer infrastructure. We have also been boxing out the roads and trimming footpaths to bring a bit of shape to the Brookfield Stage 2 subdivision.

This marks the end up of our time at Edenbrook Bundaberg.

It is has been such a great job to work on so closely with the Development Construction Pty Ltd team. I have learnt so much over the past year working with the Devcon Team at this incredible subdivision. 🙌

We've now packed up the digger and moved her out to the another exciting subdivision that Devcon is working on at Elliott Heads. 🌊

As some of you might remember, back in December Australian Earthmoving came to Bundy to interview me and hear why I purchased a Volvo ECR235EL . 😀👷‍♂️🎥

Seeing the video put together and reading the article is really something.😍 We can't tell you how much this opportunity meant to us. A big thank you to Wayne from Australian Earthmoving Magazine for directing this video and writing the article. Looking forward to getting our hands on the magazine when the issue comes out! 🙌

We also wanted to thank Andrew & the Devcon Team for allowing us to film this on site and to take the time away from our busy schedule to get it done. 👍

And another thank you to Chris Proctor from CJD Equipment for coming up and being apart of this experience 👷‍♂️

Edenbrook Stage 2 is starting to take shape now!!

Many of the jobs that we needed to do over the last few weeks didn't always require our big Digger. I've really put my multi-skilled labouring into action helping install the subsoil drainage using a Bobcat with a chain digger.
I was also fortunate enough to hop in the Grader and help spread out the first layer of gravel (it wasn't for long but it was fun!), and nothing like a bit of good old manual labour helping the Devcon team install the kerb. 👷‍♂️🚜

With some of this wet weather around, we also got a chance to really utilise the infield design on our trimble earthworks software to design and dig out a drain to help drain some of the water away from site. 🌧

RATEMYAGENT AWARDS! Not sure how, but my original post got lost in cyberspace so that means this one has been a while coming as the days roll into weeks presently! It’s been helter-skelter for yours truly and the RealWay Bundaberg Sales Team since returning from one of Real Estate Australia’s most anticipated events on the calendar last month, the RateMyAgent Australia Awards. 🕺🤳

The only thing more satisfying than winning an award judged by those who matter most - your Clients - is winning those awards with your colleagues by your side at this night-of-nights in Melbourne at the Plaza Ballroom.‍ 🤵‍♂️🤝🤵‍♂️

I was entirely humbled this year to go out and win the Bundaberg Agent of the Year title for the 5th year running. 🖐 It blows me away how grateful my Clients are for my services and that of my amazing Team - my awesome Property Managers and RealWay support staff through to solicitors, tradies, cleaners, mowing guys, pool guys - anyone that helps me get things done when others simply can't. You guys are the best and I appreciate you always dropping everything for me! 🙌

In isolation, I have to say I couldn't do anywhere near the job I do without Ethan McGowan - RealWay Bundaberg and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for his tireless, selfless contribution to our success. 😍

This year, the biggest motivation to get our backsides to the gala dinner was, in fact, Adam Rayner - RealWay Bundaberg's recent results in our colours with him narrowly missing the top gong for Rising Star in Queensland. 👏 To run within the top couple of places in the state, that’s testimony enough to your abilities and the path ahead of you. Your career will be glittered with accolades my friend starting with Top 5 in Bundaberg for 2023. 🥉

To my ever so faithful friend and stellar salesman, Shane Chung - RealWay Bundaberg, congratulations again for entrenching yourself in the Top 5 for Bundaberg and for popping together the video documenting the fun we had away together. 🙏 Should be more of it and with the way you lot keep selling, there will be!

To my wife, my kids, who truly know the sacrifice it takes to maintain this level of results - words aren’t enough. You guys are why I do it and as much as I love Real Estate and my Clients my motivation is you. It’s all for you. 💯
