This wasn't your typical line marking project... Every site has different requirements and for this project, our customer had to meet their standards of blue walkways. They added a yellow outline to create a distinct walkway visual to separate machinery areas from everyday forklift and pedestrian traffic. 🚨

With our Mighty Line tape in place, each zone is clearly defined and improved navigation throughout the facility.

We're really pleased with how it turned out - a change that created a smart, professional look while helping improve safety and traffic flow. 💯

The William Adams Dandenong team came to us looking for a solution to a common workshop problem: a floor that was becoming increasingly difficult to keep clean. 🙄

Despite regular maintenance, the existing surface wasn't delivering the cleanliness, durability, or professional appearance they were after.

Our recommendation? A heavy-duty four-coat epoxy flooring system, finished with clearly marked pedestrian walkways to improve both safety and organisation.

Why does our internal and external line marking paint price vary? 🧐

It's one of the most common questions we get and one of the least answered in our industry.

The reason being - it's very difficult to give a flat rate price when there are significant variables for every project.

Here's what can affect the cost 👇
✔️ Surface preparation (grinding, water blasting, shot blasting)
✔️ Complex markings like chevrons, hatching, arrows, signs and stencils
✔️ After-hours or weekend work requirements
✔️ Site access and operational restrictions
✔️ The overall scope and volume of work

The standard price without these variables can range from $2/lineal metre to $10/lineal metre.

What are the downsides of 2-pack epoxy line marking? 👎

❌ Long curing time = more downtime
Unlike some alternative products, epoxy can take longer to fully cure, which may mean increased downtime and restricted access to the area.
❌ Hazardous
During installation, epoxy contains chemicals that require appropriate handling, safety procedures, and PPE.
❌ Professional installation required
Achieving a high-quality finish and long-term performance typically requires experienced applicators and specialised equipment.
❌ Difficult to remove
The same durability that makes epoxy attractive can also make it challenging and time-consuming to remove in the future if your layout changes.
