Toilet upgrade completed for our client at the Wyndham Building, Bundall – Gold Coast.

8 levels, 2 bathrooms per floor, all delivered while the building remained fully operational.

A great result thanks to careful planning and coordination by the Innes Group project team.

The Innes Group team all came together for this 750m2 de-fit.

Build - Plumb - Elec - Paint - Demo

The scope included removal of the entire floor and kitchen.

We also had to remove a concrete staircase and install a new suspended slab section separating level 9 from level 10.

This was a very sensitive project as level 9 and the rest of the building was active, the site also sits within a residential zone.

We even had a little helper that set up the Saftey Managment site desk to perfection before the project started.

UPDATE - THE HEDGE.

We are well into our unit modifications at The Hedge.

We have opened up the kitchen access and stripped out the bathroom and framed up the new space on multiple units.

We have overcome many challenges, we have now created a working space that will meet all certification requirements.

Innes Group is very excited to be assisting our clients with a major production line upgrade and extension in Burleigh Heads - Gold Coast.

This project will start pre Christmas and continue well into 2021.

This project is a sensitive as they come and will require pinpoint programming to ensure all works are safely completed while the site remains active.

We have spent the last month working with our clients so that we understand the intricate workings of this site and the challenges expected with the proposed works.

Due to increased opportunity we are opening up a corporate business centre in Broadbeach - Gold Coast.

This will provide direct easy access to us and assist all Innes Group service offers with being more reactive in communication and tasks in general.

Innes Projects and Construction team have just completed multiple modifications to this unit to make it NDIS compliant for Disability Housing.

This entrance door was 23mm short to achieve the min 900mm clearance.

The building team have completed this project and other internal modifications to standard with great results.

You would not know this entrance was modified!

PIPELINE PROJECTS!

Innes Plumbing have been tasked with replacing two 300mm irrigation water meters that supply a large gated community on the Gold Coast!

These works will required a confined space entry and a lot of patience to remove the meters while protecting the existing infrastructure.

This upgrade is time restricted and will need to have everything go to plan to ensure we meet all stakeholder expectations.

We are excited to kick this off and will update this page throughout the works.
