We have a large stock of Closed Cell EVA Foam Sheets, available in a variety of colors and thicknesses.

Our EVA has a higher elasticity feel making it ideal for Cosplay and the Costume making industry in general, especially EVA75 (75kg per cubic metre density), having a slightly higher density giving extra strength, but still easy to conform to shapes with some heat application.

It is also generally known as ‘Shock Deflecting’ foam having more ‘bounce’ than PE foam which has more Shock Absorbing qualities.
We have 4 densities available in EVA Foams: EVA30, EVA45, EVA75 and EVA140, and currently manufacture over 4,000 closed cell custom made products and supply a wide variety for different industries.

For custom sizes, we can split larger blocks of EVA, from 100mm standard blocks to any sheet thickness down to 3mm, at an extra cost. Consult us for custom thicknesses.

Neolon™ Expansion Joint Foam Rolls are widely used in the Construction Industry for a variety of applications where expansion joints are needed, such as existing formwork, footpaths, walkways, car parks, driveways, curbing or slabs.

Made from a very durable Neolon Closed Cell Cross-linked Recycled Polyethylene, with a Sticky Back Adhesive Surface for easy installation. Our product is RTA TSS194 and MRTS 77 approved, moisture resistant, flexible, fire retardant and inert to chemicals.
Our Foam Fillers make it very easy to install expansion joint foam gaps in formwork giving a flexible foam joint between two concrete surfaces.

Widely used in road and bridge construction, concrete work, next to existing formwork, footpaths, walkways, car parks, driveways, curbing, and slabs or anywhere filler foams are needed.
All rolls are 25m long and 10mm thick, available in widths from 50mm to 300mm. All units come with Sticky Back Adhesive Surface and a tear-off zip edge.

We are a supplier of Certified EPE Buoyancy Foam, in planks or sheets. EPE is a closed cell, non-cross linked expanded polyethylene foam commonly used as a NATA approved Marine Buoyancy Foam for Boat Floatation.

Standard EPE Sheet size is 50mm x 1000mm x 2000mm and we can cut to any size requirements into 2000mm lengths. Our on-site cutting facilities include a fully equiped factory with state of the art machinery which enables us to supply your required sizes.
