Dear valued customers,
Our primary focus at Metaltek Welding and Fabrication is to maintain the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, business and communities with the guidance of local authorities.
Our commitment to service and supply to our customers remains unchanged and we are ready to assist with your requirements. At this point in time we do not foresee any major disruptions to customer deliveries and installations. It is business as usual and all projects will continue until the government advises otherwise.
I would reassure all visitors and customers, that our employees understand the practice of good hygiene, including social distancing and regular hand washing with soap and hand sanitizer.
We are taking an informed approach that is balanced and guided by the expert medical advice of Australian authorities and the World Health Organisation. We have advanced OH&S and Business continuity plans which will be reviewed and continue to evolve daily.
One positive aspect of the Prime Minister’s announcement this week was the Government’s recognition that business must be allowed to continue to operate to support an economy weakened by the impact of this virus. It is a good time to support local industry and jobs alike.
In the event of a full lockdown, our business will be run remotely until the lockdown is lifted and we can safely return to work.
Being part of a community that strictly adheres to the rules and guidelines, we look forward to the nation moving past this difficult time.
All client updates will be communicated from [email protected] as this is the quickest way to communicate changes and ensure that everyone receives the same information. If you have any queries, please email [email protected] and we will provide an update.
Thank you for your continued support!
Kind regards,
Nick Pritchard
