106 Margaret River - a few years ago we did a home renovation for some clients in Margaret River and this year, we're fortunate enough to have been invited back to work on the construction of a tennis pavilion.

Reynolds Renovation Part 2 has been coming together nicely.

This is our third time working on this property — the original renovation was completed in 2019, followed by a two-story studio build in 2022. As the family’s needs evolved, they teamed up with Aspect Design once again to complete the next stage of the home renovation.

We’ve now added a second story to the main residence, with the design seamlessly tying in with the existing studio build.

854 Busselton House - The brief for this home was to create a place that brings the whole family together — designed for entertaining, shared time and long summer stays with kids, grandkids and friends.

The two-storey home combines James Hardie Scyon Linea cladding with acrylic render, finished with a Surfmist Colorbond skillion roof.

At the entry, a Tasmanian Oak timber front door and side window create a visual line through the home, connecting the backyard to the street and framing views to the ocean beyond. 🤌
