I Walked with pride past this yesterday...Back in 2009 i built this amazing home , pole position John st Cottesloe Perth....it was a one bedroom home with a cantilevered swimming pool over the garage total build cost 1.8 million , still looking super sexy today 13 years later

Was wonderful to be invited to grand opening of this fabulous community facility we built in 2019 Thankyou to Ciaran amd all the local trades who put so much pride into this important project to help save lives 🙏😊

Wonderful to attend the offical opening of St John Ambulance - Busselton with the awesome volunteers and paramedics who give up their time to support our community when we need it most.

Big thanks to Nola Marino MP and the Federal Liberals WA for making this new facility happen. 🚑 🙏🚑

Considering we started at the same time as the poor neighbour with his bricks still sitting on the slab , our client is super thrilled to be moving in to his new home this weekend . It’s important to make the right choices with your builder .

Comes with an annual salary company car and bonus structure.
Preference Margaret River Cowaramup based , carpentry background prefferrd but not essential , must have supervisory experience and an efficient communicator .

A big congrats to a client/friend of mine, with a little coaching , him and his wonderful wife won a David a goliath battle against the Shire yesterday and saved them selves 20k of unnecessary expense due to recent rule changes .... so happy for them , persistence beats resistance.... firm but fair ..., justice is realised 🙏
