We have a position available for a site-based Foreman / Site Supervisor in the Lismore NSW area with roughly 6 months’ refurbishment work on either a subcontract or casual employment arrangement working a 44-hour week.

This role requires a Trade qualified carpenter with the following skills.

• Computer literacy
• Ensuring compliance to site specific requirements and WHS
• Ability to co-ordinate multiple work zones
• High level of client and resident communication skills
• Ability to work in a live Aged Care environment
• Commercial construction background

This role will be supported by a Project Manager and Leading hand and will be run through our Procore project management software, with onsite training provided. You will be required to manage the program, pro-actively and engage daily with all our regular trades and complete a small component of carpentry work.
You must have all nationally mandated requirements for working in an Aged Care facility including vaccinations and police check.
