If you’ve had agricultural loss or damage from the rain event in Sunraysia earlier this month, please report it to your industry grower group.

With close to 150mm of rain in less than 48 hours, the storms have disrupted almond, grape and melon harvests, and ongoing water damage and access issues are continuing to impact an already challenging season.

We are working closely with industry groups to collect information to build an accurate picture of impacts to help inform recovery planning.

Advice on recovery for water damaged orchards and crops can also be obtained from us by calling 136 186 or visiting go.vic.gov.au/4rKQktd

Free and confidential support is also available from the Rural Financial Counselling Service on 1300 735 578 or at wswrcs.com.au
