Position: Skilled Machinery Operator (Civil & Earthmoving)
Employment Type: Casual or Full-Time

Bradley’s Earthmoving is seeking a reliable and experienced machinery operator to join our growing team. We’re working across a range of residential and commercial projects from Brisbane’s northside to the Sunshine Coast, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and fits well in a team environment.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience operating excavators and Positrack machinery
• Final trim experience is essential
• Confident using GPS machine guidance systems
• Heavy vehicle license is a bonus but not essential
• Strong work ethic, team player, and dependable attitude

Scope of Work:
• Residential and commercial civil construction
• Site cuts, trenches, earthmoving, and detailed excavation
• Working with a skilled and supportive crew using modern equipment

*Job Description:*

We're looking for a reliable and skilled HC truck driver to transport heavy machinery and equipment to various job sites. As a casual driver, you'll be expected to:

- Export and import materials from job sites
- Safely load and unload heavy machinery onto our trucks or trailers
- Transport equipment to and from job sites, adhering to strict timelines and safety standards
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and loads
- Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient and timely deliveries

*Requirements:*

- Valid HC (Heavy Combination) license
- Proven experience in loading and unloading heavy machinery
- Excellent driving skills and a strong safety record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time management skills
- Physical ability to handle loading and unloading of heavy equipment
- White Card

- 1+ year of HC license experience
- Experience operating Road Ranger gearbox
- Experience operating machines (tickets)
- Ability to work away from home (occasional overnight stays)
- Weekend work available
- Valid Driver's License
- Blue/White Construction Card
- Willingness to complete medical checks and pass random drug and alcohol testing
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to maintain cleanliness of trucks and complete daily paperwork/dockets
