There’s a side of business that people don’t always see.
From the outside, you might see the big fleet, the growing team and the projects we’re proud to put our name on and think, “Wow, they must do well.”
And yes, we’ve had some really good months. But the reality of running a business is that it doesn’t always come easy — and it certainly doesn’t always come without struggle.
What you might not see is just how hard we’ve worked to get from where we started to where we are today.
Just ask Ernie about the long days, the tough decisions, the risks, the setbacks, the months where things didn't quite go to plan. He would say. But that’s business. It’s about the bigger picture.
We keep turning up.
We keep pushing forward.
We keep investing in our people, our equipment and our future.
And we keep working towards something bigger than just today.
Because for us, it’s not just about building a company. It’s about our staff, our families, and a legacy that runs deep.
Alzino & Co has been built over generations, through hard work, determination and plenty of highs and lows. And while the journey isn’t always easy, we wouldn’t change it.
The highs are great. The lows make us stronger. And the goal has always been to keep the legacy alive. ❤️
