Administration Assistant – Part Time / Casual
Cairns Air Solutions is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time / casual position suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office, MYOB, and Aroflo is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Entering job and quote requests into the system
• General data entry
• Assisting with accounts as required
• Assisting with compiling quotes and tenders
• Assisting with ordering parts, equipment, and other materials for projects
• Assisting with scheduling jobs and technicians
About You:
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Competent with computer systems and administrative tasks
• Available to work during weekdays
