ess in Cairns with an in-house sheet metal workshop which handles any stainless fabrication and modification including benches, handrails and exhaust canopies. We supply and fit out commercial kitchen premises in numerous locations including cafés, restaurants, schools, airports and government projects. Much of our business stems from Cairns and the surrounding regions but we also service interstate customers and as far afield as Papua New Guinea.

This cafe recently underwent a functional upgrade, removing outdated laminate benches and cupboards and replacing them with food‑grade stainless steel benches and a new extraction canopy.
Designed for durability, hygiene, and efficient workflow, this refit brings the kitchen up to modern commercial standards.
