Solar Sales Administrator
Part-time
Work from home or in the office
This role provides administration support to the sales, installation, and management teams including responding to client enquiries on our products and services, and processing sales and documents for solar system installation to comply with legislative requirements and a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Dealing with client enquiries professionally and promptly
Regular Phone and e-mail correspondence with clients
Allocation and Scheduling of jobs to field staff
Ensuring compliance documentation is complete
Organising service repair orders
Stock inventory and control
Process warranty claims
Invoicing and general accounts
Data entry via SimPro
To be successful in this position you need:

Excellent interpersonal skills
A high standard of computer skills - knowledge of Xero and trade management software would be advantageous
Highly Organised
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional customer service and experience with the general public
Administration experience in tasks requiring strong attention to detail ideally within a trade industry
Accounts receivable and payable experience preferred
Experience in the renewable energy or electrical industry would be beneficial.
