CARPENTERS REQUIRED (QBCC LICENCED)

Full Time Role

We have a vacancy for an experienced, QBCC Licensed Carpenter to join our highly successful Cairns Team. Successful candidates must have and provide a demonstrated ability in quality workmanship within the Residential Building Industry.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of carpentry experience.

The applicant must have an extensive, well maintained tool kit, own vehicle, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and present with confidence to the employer and management alike. References are required.

Essential skills & experience:
Ability to assist on-site supervisors with a range of hands-on tasks, including set-out, truss and roof framing, wall framing, second fix and final fix & co-ordination of apprentices.

An attractive permanent annual salary package $110,000 or $50 p/h FT/PT all-inclusive rate is offered, commensurate with all relevant qualifications and experience.

We have a vacancy for experienced and QBCC Licensed Leading Hand Carpenter to join our highly successful Cairns Team. Successful candidates must have a demonstrated ability in quality workmanship within the Residential Building Industry.
The applicant must have an extensive, well maintained tool kit, own utility vehicle, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and present with confidence to the employer and management alike. References are required.

Ability to assist the on-site supervisors with a range of hands-on tasks, including set-out, detail excavation, in-ground and monolithic concrete works, formsetting, roof framing and subcontractor supervision, final fix & co-ordination of apprentices.
