Cairns Evercool is currently seeking a Receptionist/Administration Assistant for our Portsmith office.
This position will include general reception duties including answering incoming calls from both customers and technicians, general enquiries; managing and responding to emails; scheduling jobs; liaising with technicians and the Director; preparation of customer quotes, ordering parts and completing warranty requests; general office duties including data entry, filing, maintaining stationery and office supplies; collection & delivery of packages as required and light cleaning and tidying of office area.
A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience in Xero is preferred but not essential; good verbal and written English skills; ability to learn new programs and skills quickly and accurately; friendly and approachable personality with the ability to work independently and within a team; problem solving skills, willingness to listen, follow instructions and receive feedback; current drivers licence and own transport is essential.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm commencing with a 3-month trial period.
