🚧 CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY AT CAIRNS AIRPORT! ✈️

SkyHaven has officially broken ground, marking a major milestone for Cairns and the region’s accommodation sector.

The $60 million development will deliver 186 short-stay accommodation units within the Cairns Airport Business Park, helping fill a long-standing gap for business travellers, contractors and aviation personnel.

⭐ Stage 1: 98 rooms
⭐ Stage 2: 88 additional rooms
⭐ Expected opening: late 2027
⭐ 90% locally funded by private investors

The project is the first major private-sector commercial accommodation development to break ground in Cairns since 2018 - a significant investment in the future of Far North Queensland.
