my name is Aron,
i started cleaning air conditioning around 2005,
13 of the last 16 years 2021 I have been cleaning air conditioning,
I was last based at the cairns base hospital working for Queensland health ,
cleaning the air conditioners at all Queensland health medical centres within Cairns district and the Mareeba and Cairns base hospitals.. Because all I do is clean air conditioning,


I decided to design my own cleaning trays that are transparent,
the waste water containers are also transparent so you can see what I am doing and how dirty they were. (sodium hydroxide & potassium hydroxide)
I typically try not to use a drain cleaner unless it is necessary for long pipes or horizontal pipes that block easily. I will return to any of my customers to unblock drains for free within 6 months of a clean ! The cleaning products will be rinsed off the inside units and a diluted version of the same chemical is put on the outside units to prevent weathering/corrosion/oxidation of the aluminium coils and copper tubing.

It's cleaned and working perfectly now.
If you shine a torch inside the bottom of the air conditioner when the flaps are opening on start up,
You can check if your fan barrel looks like this !

Hello, my name is Aron,
I am a local who has been cleaning and maintaining air conditioning for 16 years.
For several years I worked for Queensland health cleaning the 2 hospitals, the medical centres and Queensland health owned office air conditioners in the region.
7 years ago I started my business,
now I do commercial and domestic split system cleaning.
I believe I have improved the cleaning tray to make cleaning easier and faster with less mess and less moving furniture etc.
I only offer one type of clean, I clean everything to help an air conditioner be healthy and efficient.

Air being conditioned passes through these aluminium fins, the fins and the fan collect skin, dust and dirt, blocking air flow (left side of image not cleaned) which limits performance, costs more to run, smells, breeds bacteria, gets mouldy and lowers a/c life span.
Coils then corrode if not maintained. No one wants that!
