Weighs a Ton (or 16), Shines Like New: 14m x 4m Bridge

This 14m x 4m bridge came to us in pieces. The sections were blasted to Sa2.5 in our purpose-built steel-grit booth and sprayed with a holding primer. On-site fabrication was done by Kuhn Steel Fab, then moved back into our booth using 2 x 20t frannas from Bell's Carrying & Crane Hire Service Pty LTD. All welds were spot blasted, and we finished with a high-quality 2-pack protective coating system from Dulux. Big thanks to Neater Constructions - Q Pty Ltd for bringing together a group of quality contractors to complete this project.

We’ve kicked off a monster project for Lazco Fabrications: Colossal 1200WB girders, each weighing over 12t and stretching more than 22m. Escorts in & out and expertly handled by Bell's Carrying & Crane Hire Service Pty LTD with 2 x 20t frannas.

After a Sa2.5 steel grit blast in our booth, they were coated with a 2-pack modified epoxy from International protective coatings —built to endure the harshest environments.

When they’re finally installed at their tropical destination, the quality workmanship by Lazco Fabrications & Phoenix Protective & Marine Coating Specialists ensures that they will stand the test of time. Grateful for the teamwork getting us here.
