We are a long-standing and reputable air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical business based in Caloundra, and we’re looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focussed staff member to join our team.
🖇️ About the Role
As our new Administrator, you will play an integral part in supporting our technicians, customers and management team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous administration experience in a trade-based industry (highly regarded but not essential).
• Familiarity with job management software such as ServiceM8 and Accounting packages such as MYOB (recommended but not required).
• Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
📍 Location: Caloundra, Sunshine Coast
🕒 Position: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
• Customer service and phone management
• Scheduling and coordinating jobs
• Assisting with incoming deliveries and general office duties
• Supporting technicians and management with daily administrative needs
• Maintaining smooth communication between customers and the team
