A job that was completed prior to Covid lockdowns

We started off with a older style 3 bedroom home and ended up with a beautiful modern home

A recent flooring repair

This home had massive mould issue

Timbers were thin as paper - as you can see from the photos

Removed all Joist & bearers & new LVL
New yellow tounge flooring - then final new floating timber floors & skirting

This Termite Damage home had to get the full renovation

With repairs to timber walls the roof was held up by props till new stud walks were built - full house re plaster, new kitchen, new floor coverings & new bathrooms

Good Evening
A job completed at St Clair
This home was in a run down condition / it need a full renovation
This poor house was so dark & cold

JLA crew gave this home - rendering - new bathrooms & laundry, new flooring new blinds and new paint - heaps of plaster repairs - new gutters / roof restoration - removed tress that we’re pushing on the windows - new concrete driveway - JLA crew gave this home the full renovation

JLA even done the property styling for this home - can’t wait to share the sales marketing Video

Even the neighbours Cat Mr Bruce would visit us most days when on site

Another full renovation by JLA Crew @ Kearns

This little home had a full make over -
The roof was sprayed and gave the home a fresh look

A beautiful front deck & new enclosed deck to rear with beautiful wall paneling

A great size kitchen with 40mm stone bench tops

This is a perfect first home with all modern Matt black accessories
