Old asbestos out ❌

Massive thanks to Multitude Contractors Pty Ltd and the crew for leaving us with framing that didn’t need to be modified once — made the job nice and easy.

Just under 2 days and we had:

Eaves installed ✅
Quad installed ✅

Now it’s ready for a fresh lick of paint and to finish the job off properly. 🍻

Bathroom renovation in Deakin !

Bathroom renovation completed last month — and what a transformation!

The client requested a brand new bathroom window, which we supplied and installed, along with framing two custom niches — one within the shower and another integrated into the cabinetry for added practicality and style.

During the framing stage, all electrical and plumbing works were completed to ensure everything was set up correctly behind the walls before finishing commenced. Villa board was installed throughout the wet areas, followed by professional waterproofing completed with certification for full compliance and peace of mind.

Our tiler then stepped in and worked his magic, delivering a clean, high-quality finish with precise tiling and grout work that really brought the space together.

We returned for the final touches, installing architraves around the privacy sliding door to complete the project.

The end result came up absolutely beautiful — a modern, functional bathroom finished to a high standard.

Water leak-Max reef road

This client was experiencing a significant water leak caused by previous building works, with water infiltrating through the sliding door and seeping into the bulkhead below. Following a thorough investigation, we discovered that the absence of flashing tape and sarking to the upstairs windows had allowed water to pe*****te the wall system, resulting in ongoing damage. To rectify this issue, we ensured that both the upstairs and downstairs window areas were fully waterproofed and sealed, the sliding door was professionally reinstalled, the structural beam was securely reconnected and reinforced using heavy-duty brackets, new cladding was installed to match the existing exterior, and architraves were reinstated to restore a clean, seamless finish — ultimately leaving the area structurally sound and ready for painting.

Garage Ceiling Repair – Florey

A client contacted us after a major water leak came through their roof tiles, causing significant damage to the garage ceiling. After a full inspection, we removed the affected areas and replaced a quarter of the damaged ceiling sheets.

To address the source of the issue, Waka Flex flashing was professionally applied to the roof where the leak was occurring, ensuring a long-term weatherproof solution.

The job included installing new plasterboard, fitting fresh cornice, and completing a full paint finish to seamlessly match the existing ceiling — leaving the space looking as good as new.
