Chisholm 9-Star Residential - This project was undertaken to provide a 9-Star energy rated house with full liveable housing specifications for our lovely clients who have been involved with every aspect of the build. Goulburn Gym Refurbishment & Extension - this project was undertaken to meet the growing demand for personal training, structured lessons, and self-directed workouts. The previous facilities had become overcrowded and no longer met the operational needs of the client. St Matthews Anglican Church, Wanniassa - Cercol has recently completed a refurbishment and extension of St Matts Church. New offices, worship spaces, commercial kitchen and common areas were created for the growing church community.

We should like to thank the entire community at St Matts for accommodating Cercol during the project and we hope that they enjoy their beautiful new space.

3 Plant Road, Campbell

Adding to our Heritage Portfolio, Cercol recently completed stone wall repairs and restorations to one of Canberra's oldest houses. Our project brief was to repair any cracked or damaged stone work and to re-point all mortar joints so that the stone facade looked in its original condition.

Part of our scope was to also restore a section of an existing 1860's palisade fence, which was identified as being of exceptional heritage significance. The fence was in poor condition due to foundation movement and garden overgrowth. Cercol successfully strengthened and restored the fence without changing its existing appearance.

Cercol were engaged under a partial Design & Construct contract arrangement to complete a tenancy fit-out which included office spaces, a multi-purpose room, bathrooms and a kitchen area.
