Chisholm 9-Star Residential - This project was undertaken to provide a 9-Star energy rated house with full liveable housing specifications for our lovely clients who have been involved with every aspect of the build. Looking to increase their living area and minimise their energy bills, Cercol constructed a new home with a state-of-the-art Heat Recovery Ventilation System, high performance finishes and energy efficient building materials and methodologies.
