What we want from you..
*Have a can-do attitude, reliable and motivated to succeed
*Be committed to a program of on the job learning and formal training
*Have completed year 10
*Hold or will hold a Construction Industry White Card
*Be able to drive a manual

We are looking for a maintenance and carpentry person to tackle a wide range of maintenance and repair work for both private and government work.
Repairs and maintenance work may include:
-Patching holes
-Replacing doors
-Changing locks
-Minor plumbing works

Your day to day job will include driving from job to job meeting clients and repairing the said issue.

An emphasis on customer service and relations is a large part of your work.

This may be suited to a semi retired person with a wealth of knowledge on repairs and know how on how to get the job done.
