That moment when all the pieces finally fall into place!

We're so close, I think our client is counting the minutes until practical completion...! Schouten Constructions are busy adding the finishing touches on this little gem in Campbell.

Timber battened screens and entry door handles, hit-and-miss-blockwork, exposed river gravel aggregate to the driveway and carport, low angle rooves behind an expressed fascia, and hints of orange inside out create a wonderful, timeless feel for this project.

Schouten Constructions are nearing completion on this alterations and additions project in Campbell. Our clients came to us with a great brief for an extension in front of their existing red brick home. The extension creates privacy from the street by drawing the entry to their home up towards the front boundary (previously the entry was in the middle of the site!), and becomes a haven for their family within with extensive northern light. Adjacent mature eucalypts flank the site and a playful gesture in the form of a 'snorkel' raises its head for tree top views.
